What Makes Camp Glory Special?

One of the surest signs of summer in the North 94 and 370 Valley is gaggles of children in matching, brightly colored t-shirts trekking off to adventures and experiences throughout New Town in St. Charles.

Camp Glory Day Camp is celebrating its eleventh year at St. Charles Christian Church—and continuing under familiar, fun leadership—with the same heart for building community through kids that has defined Camp Glory from the very beginning.

Camp Glory is a ten-week, full-day camp running from June through Early August. Open to children who have completed Kindergarten through Sixth Grade, camp focuses on creating a safe place where kids can grow socially, try new and engaging experiences, and get wildly creative in emotionally supportive and aesthetically beautiful surroundings.

Every camper participates in our core weekly activities: swimming, fishing, and beach play. Campers of all ages also give back through Service Projects and Random Acts of Kindness, learning that community is something you build together.

Beyond that, activities are thoughtfully tailored to developmental abilities and interests across age groups. Kids get hands-on in every way—planting and caring for garden plots,  tackling problem-solving challenges, diving into creative STEM activities, learning how to build community and talk through ideas and challenges, or old-fashioned camp wide kick ball game.

These are the kinds of memories that last long after summer ends.

But don’t wait—spaces are limited and fill quickly.

If this sounds like the summer you want your child to experience, be sure to secure their spot when enrollment opens on February 15th.

We cannot wait to see all that this summer brings.

Thank you for joining our adventure!
